Children's Choirs

TFCA CHILDREN'S CHOIRS 

At various services and events throughout the year, our children's choirs help in leading the congregation in worshiping God. This is a great opportunity for children to serve and grow in musicianship at the same time! There are two Children's Choirs:

Exaltation Singers for Kindergarten – Second Grade Students
Rehearsals are Tuesdays at 4:15-5:00 p.m.
in Columbia Baptist Church Room 327.

Exaltation Singers (K-2) is full of age appropriate music games, vocal exercises and movement that all focus on learning how to sing a joyful noise to the Lord through music and worship. The fall rehearsals are geared towards training the singers on how to sing as a part of a choir and help to lead worship. The Exaltation Singers will also sing at the Christmastime performances and the Children’s Christmas Service on Christmas Eve.
 
 Celebration Singers: for Students Entering Grades 3-6
Rehearsals are Tuesdays at 5:00-6:00 p.m.
in Columbia Baptist Church Room 327.

Celebration Singers (3-6) sings monthly in worship, participates in the Christmas Concert and Children’s Christmas Eve Service as well as the Children’s Good Friday Service. Celebration Singers also focuses on important musicianship skills including music literacy and vocal development.
