Welcome Seniors
The Falls Church Anglican Seniors’ Ministry is a vibrant ministry for adults of all ages and varying levels of ability and interest who are available for day time activities. It is a place where strong friendships are built as the participants enjoy each others’ company and wisdom and as they serve each other and those who do not attend The Falls Church Anglican. The Ministry carries out scripture-based programs that connect them with church life, help them grow in faith and discipleship, provide opportunities for mentoring, and encourage them to discover and use their special gifts serving others in the community. The participants engage in a wide range of activities that include Bible study, exercise, book club, bridge, monthly breakfasts, retreats, serving meals at a homeless shelter, classes, trips to the theater, museums and other places of interest. It is a ministry of joy and laughter.
