March 10, 17, and 24 (3 classes)
Where: Back 40

At The Falls Church Anglican, we take seriously our care for individual students. We know that in recent years anxiety among teens has reached epidemic proportions. We also know that lifelong anxiety problems usually start in the teen years. Therefore, learning skills to fight and deal with anxiety early in life is a so important.

Stress is also a major problem even in teens without anxiety. It can wear you down, cause sleep problems, fear, irritability, school performance problems, and social problems. Plus, you just don’t feel good.

The skills you will learn here will teach you ways to fight anxiety and to relax your body and mind in order to get relief from anxiety and stress. Our hope is that middle school and high school students with varying degrees of stress and anxiety would join us for these super practical and important sessions.
