The Role of the Vestry

Church leadership at TFCA is a shared responsibility between the rector, vestry, and staff. The rector provides oversight of the spiritual life of the congregation, while the vestry ensures wise stewardship of the church’s temporal affairs. In practice, these roles overlap beautifully—vestry members deeply care about worship, discipleship, and outreach, just as clergy and staff actively participate in organizational and financial matters.
