  4. How does repentance foster humility? Repentance eliminates pride within community.

  5. What is Christ-shaped love? What is the one thing that draws the church together? Jesus Christ. We belong to one another because of Jesus Christ.

  6. How does Christ-shaped love foster responsibility? We are bound together for eternity. We are called to love one another through the eyes of Jesus. Jesus sees each of us in our eternal state of glory. Responsibility is where love is actionable and concrete.

  7. Why is this uniquely different from other affinity groups? In the church we do not start with our rights. We start with our Christ-shaped responsibility to love each other.

  8. What is fellowship around the Word?

  9. How does fellowship around the Word foster transformation? Why?

  10. The Word is authoritative, surgical, and unifying. What do each of these mean? Only the gravity of the Word of God can hold us together.
